When you select your tables, also bear in mind that there are betting limits: for Roulette it's a minimum of 0.50 and a maximum of 25; for Blackjack, it's a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 300; and for Baccarat, it's a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 500.

A yellow shuffle card is placed in each deck of cards, so that when the dealer reaches this card, a new deck is brought to the table. This is known as deck swapping and it's all done in front of the camera. Each deck is stored and locked in its own case to prevent tampering. The dealer is required to thoroughly shuffle the new deck before play can commence and they must scan the new deck and make sure all previous card history is deleted from the Score sheet. If the dealer makes any mistakes, the game that is currently in progress is voided and a new game will commence.

If you lose connection with Live Dealer after you've confirmed your bet, the hand is played and you will be awarded any winnings. If you don't confirm the bet and you lose connection, the original bet amount will be returned to you. If the system crashes, all bets placed for that hand, whether confirmed or unconfirmed will be returned to you.
